This privacy policy applies to the Z Ventures HRMS app (hereafter referred to as “Application”) developed by Z Ventures Pvt Ltd (“Service Provider”) as a free service intended for use "as is". It outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Attendance tracking (e.g., clock-in/out timestamps, IP, or location if enabled)
• Leave management (e.g., leave requests, leave type, status updates)
• Out Duty requests (e.g., field visit logs and approvals)
• Expense claims (e.g., amount, attachments like bills, claim status)

Automatically collected technical data may include:

• Device IP address
• Device type and OS version
• Time and duration of app usage
• Pages accessed within the application

We do not collect precise GPS location unless explicitly required and enabled by the user for attendance or out-duty check-in.

Your information is used strictly to:

• Enable HRMS functionalities such as login, attendance, and leave tracking
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Communicate important notices, updates, or support information

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing or external promotions.

• Device OS services (Android/iOS)
