Experience:
0-2 years of experience in design or a relevant engineering field; fresh graduates with strong academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of GD&T
Familiarity with DFMEA.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Exposure to automation and robotics concepts

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering & Mechatronics.
1.Design & Drafting:
Assist in 2D/3D design using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed drawings and BOMs.
Support file/documentation management.
2.Technical Analysis:
Perform basic calculations (e.g., stress/force).
Research components, materials, and processes.
Assist in design feasibility studies.
3. Collaboration & Documentation:
Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, QA teams.
Document changes, issues, and reviews.
Help with technical reports and records.
4.Problem Solving:
Identify and support resolution of design issues.
Apply engineering principles to improve designs.
Contribute to process improvement ideas.
5.Compliance:
Learn and follow industry standards (ISO, CE).
Support documentation for compliance audits.
